     Honeybees use the nectar of the eucalyptus tree to produce eucalyptus honey. It is a warm, woodsy-scented honey with a delicate, fragrant texture and light amber hue. It mixes a medium to strong flavour strength with a moderate amount of sweetness and menthol.
